As Bob says, we've been on a vacation from vacation and now its time for it to end.
We made short order of packing our belongings and realized that even though check out is 11 a.m. from the hotel our flight didn't leave until 7 p.m. tonight. We've got a lot of hours to spend somewhere.
Since we were approximately 20 miles from St. Petersburg we decided to go there and have lunch on "The Pier".
It was a gorgeous day so eating outside on the patio of one of the restaurants seemed like the perfect thing to do. We watched fisherman bring in their catches, the birds beg for food, of which they got quite a bit from us, and the tourists taking leisurely strolls around the pier.
Bob had a "Philly" cheesesteak and I had my standard hamburger.

All too soon our vacation from vacation was coming to an end and it was time to head to the airport. We turned in our car, went through security and found our gate.And then we were on our way back to New Mexico.
