P.S. Are there spiders in Alaska? I used to date a guy who worked on the pipeline in the 70's. He said the money was great, but everything was too expensive. $1.50 for a loaf of bread (in the 70's!). Also nothing to do but go out drinking. He quit after six months because he never was able to save money. Better he worked for less money in Colorado and be able to live a normal life & have savings than to be in Alaska as far as he was concerned.
