This thingamajig Bob installed today will help us stop the truck and rig in the mountain areas, at least that's what I think it is supposed to do. He had to cut out a section of the muffler and place this thing in the open space. We had quite a dilemma when he started because the printed material said one thing and the accompanying picture showed just the opposite. We ended calling the manufacturer to get an answer to which way this thing was supposed to be installed and even the factory rep had to double check. We finally got the answer and after that everything went pretty smoothly.
I spent the day indoors although we had a picture perfect day outside. I cleaned the mini blinds, washed the inside of the kitchen windows, cleaned and polished the counter tops, cleaned the fridge out, washed the throw rugs and a multitude of other little jobs along the way.
Bob did call me outside to see this "stick bug" he found resting on the truck tire. It truly does look like its made of sticks.
Another view...
For dinner we had pizza as I still have two more on the books. We'll probably have the last one on our last night here, by then I will have declared the kitchen off limits.
So that was pretty much our day, one more closer to being on the road.
