Our last day at work. We fulfilled our commitment to Dan and Barb.
Bob and Dan finished up the last roof and I played computer games while Barb was in Illinois.
Its been fun here at the KOA, we've met tons of nice and interesting people....and some real jerks. Thankfully, the nice people far outweighed the not so nice people.
We've seen the sights, well most of the sights, that we wanted to see but the road is calling to us and we're anxious to be on our way.
Before we can hook up and pull out of here we have lots of work to do to get road ready so we've got a busy week ahead of us. Our goal is to be out on the open road by Thursday but it could be Friday, I'm pushing for Thursday because rain is in the forecast for the next day.
After steaks on the grill we sat down and put a game plan together on what has to be done and in what order these things need to be done in. Of course these "plans" will probably change a dozen times in the next few days.
The only downside to today was my Eagles lost their first season game. I had to follow along on the computer and that sure isn't the most ideal way to follow a game. Oh well, its only one game and the season is young. At least McNabb was still in an upright position at the end of the game.
Gonna sign off now, have to get rest for what is going to be a busy week for us.
