12/5/06 WiFi is the PITS!

One of the reasons we picked this resort is because they advertised WiFi. We're finding everyday that the connection is spotty at best. It gets very aggravating to be in the middle of something on the computer only to be kicked off. This will not do! We are so spoiled from having our Internet connection through our cable company in Delaware that our tempers flare very easily when we're kicked off. I went up to the office to find out what the problem is only to be told that the WiFi system needs to be updated and it is on the list of things to do for the new owners. The nice lady did suggest that I call the local cable company to see if we could get a connection through them. I did call and yes we can get a cable connection! In fact, they can come here tomorrow to do it. The best part of all....it's only $19.95 a month! This will be twenty bucks well spent.
