We've been approached by several friends about renting our park model to their friends and relatives and we've decided to go this route since it is so late in the season and we're not moving into it anyway. We might as well let it make some money for us to either pay next year's fees or to use for our Alaska trip.
So we've got it rented starting the 23rd through the 3rd of March and I'm waiting for a call back to see if a couple from Oregon are going to rent it for the remainder of the month of March.
Bob has started his projects for getting the rig ready for Alaska and his days will be busy from here on out.
I've been busy making plans for next season and booking acts. With the exception of three acts from this year, there will be all new performers next year. Maybe all new isn't quite right, some of them have been here before but not for awhile. I asked the winter residents who they wanted back again and I'm working off the list I made note of.
Ticket sales are brisk for the remaining events we have going on and I'm very pleased with the turn out we're getting for the shows and such. All of the Activities Team are told time and again what a good time everyone is having. Music to my ears to be sure!
Summer is just around the corner now. We're up in the mid to high 70's every now and the number 80 is in the extended forecast.
Life is good here in Arizona!
