Today we started making this place home. The rubber shelf material came out from between our plates and serving dishes with lids,,, think Corning Ware. Knickknacks came out and some wall hangings that come down during travel were put back up.
Bob didn’t get too much done outside because it’s a very windy day. Mike, our Quail Run neighbor said it was windy but we didn’t expect this. Oh well, there is always tomorrow. We don’t even start work until the 15th so we have plenty of time to get situated.
Our fellow workampers arrived today, one couple that is, the other won’t arrive until the 19th. It’s such a small world, this couple, Bill and Johanna workamped at Quail Run the year before we did for the first time. They remembered a few people from there but not many.
