5/1/07 New Tires!

We were at Camping World in plenty of time this morning for our eight o'clock appointment. We hadn't taken the rig off the truck yesterday so it was just a matter of pulling in the slides and taking up the landing gear before we were on our way.


Since we had this appointment and they took our rig in right away we figured we would out of there in about 2 hours or so. Wrong! After the tires were done we had to wait for the refrigerator guy to do his thing. At 2pm I went to the desk to find out the status only to find out it had been done for an hour and a half! No one had told us. We're sitting in the waiting room for all this time and we could have been on the road. Oh well, its done now.


We had hoped to make it to Texarkana but since we had run into afternoon traffic and it was a several hour trip we decided to just go back to Livingston for the night. What a mess it was getting back to Livingston on the return trip. Road construction all over the place!

We called it an early night as we want to get on the road early tomorrow morning.
