Wow...our last day of work for this session. Time is just flying by! We didn't have anything to do at work today. Well, nothing major anyway. Bob and the guys checked out the recycling bins for cans and that was about it.
We did have our next project given to us. The White Team will be responsible for the Valentine's Dinner/Dance. This won't be a buffet type dinner, this will be a sit down dinner where we'll serve the meal to the guests. The team sat down and brainstormed for a bit and our menu was decided, the decorations given some thought and we still have to come up with something that will make it special.
After we were given the all clear for ending our workday Bob and I went to Walmart to see if they had any boxes of chocolate covered cherries left. If they did we were going to buy all they had for the Valentine's party. Unfortunately, they were all gone. They were marked down to a quarter a box so I guess they didn't last long.
Our Florida friends, Dale and Karen, are here in the area and we'll be meeting up with them tomorrow. We can't wait to see them. We've kept up with them by telephone ever since we left Port Richey last spring. These two are certainly on our forever friends list.
