7/6/08 Vegging in Thermopolis

We didn't do a darn thing today! Nothing all that fun anyway. Today was a day for resting and chores. Laundry is out of the way for another week, the fridge is cleaned out of things that were starting morph into green globs, Bob has updated our travel map that we keep our route recorded on and a few other mundane chores were taken care of.

We had storms all around us so of course the awning had to come down. It seems we don't get to put it out all that often anymore.

A few more Escapee's pulled into this park yesterday but they are here for only the night. We didn't get into the Escapade thing with them as we are just ready to put that behind us and move on.

Tomorrow we'll go see what Thermopolis has to offer. We know already that this place has lots of hot mineral springs so we'll check them out and we know there are some museums here that may be of interest to us. Close by there are some free roaming buffalo that have 9 new babies in their herd. We'll try to find them too.

After a few phone calls we called it a night and settled in. I'm glad for these days that we just "be".

We'll be passing another thousand mark on the counter today. Its spinning so fast its making me dizzy! But its a good thing!
