We were slated to leave this morning but the wind is so blowing so hard that we just wouldn’t take the chance.
The weather report coming from NOAA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, is saying forty two mile an hour sustained winds with gusts to fifty.
We found it hard to even open the door of the 5th wheel and when we could it took both of us to hold on to it.
We went out for a short while to go to the store and to extend our stay two more days.
I thought it was a good idea to get the taxes done today too. They were started but I still had a bit more to do. Right now we are real sorry we did that workamping job in South Dakota and got paid for it. We won’t make that mistake again!
We’ll be glad to get on the road! We are so ready to leave Corpus Christi.
