Today Don and LaVon left the park. It was sad to see them go and we'll really miss them. LaVon is so much fun to be with and I'm glad to have her as my friend. Once again, lots of hugs and handshakes and tears.
They weren't the only ones to leave today. George and Nancy Reid also went on their way as did Pam and Lee Fairchild. All friends and all to be missed.
It seems like every time we looked there was another rig making its way out of the park. There aren't many of us left and another half dozen are leaving tomorrow. Us included.
This afternoon we thought it best to get the taxes out of the way. I was really afraid we were going to owe this year since we didn't have mortgage interest to deduct. I was quite surprised and happy that we don't owe anything!
Bob has all the outside things done now and I still have to put the bubble wrap in between the dishes before we can pull out in the morning. We hope to be pulling out by mid-morning. We have the Internet guy scheduled to come first thing in the morning to remove the equipment we have for our connection.
We'll be heading to Phoenix tomorrow to an RV shop to have the wheel bearings repacked and the brakes checked out. It will be an easy run as we are only an hour away.
It may be a day or two before I get to post again because I don't know if there will be a Wifi connection at the RV place or not.

I am picturing in my mind how empty the park is. Now you can see all the way to the wall on 3 sides!

I feel bad that we missed Rick, Wendy, Bud and Shelley this morning. Wendy posted she is feeling better somewhat.
